- Class Cancellation by Organizer
• If a class is cancelled by Capoeira Cordão de Ouro Malaysia, participants will receive a full refund or credit toward a future class. - Missed Classes by Participants
• Missed classes will not be refunded. However, participants may request to attend a make-up class, subject to availability and instructor approval. - Withdrawal & Refunds
• Refunds for withdrawal are only granted if the request is made at least 7 days before the first class starts.
• A processing fee of 10% of the total payment will be deducted from the refund amount. - No Refunds After Class Commencement
• Refunds will not be issued once the course or class session has begun, except in cases of medical emergencies (proof required). - Special Workshops or Events
• Fees for workshops, events, or specialized training sessions are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Capoeira Cordão de Ouro Malaysia. - Force Majeure
• Refunds or rescheduling will not be provided for cancellations or interruptions due to events beyond the control of Capoeira Cordão de Ouro Malaysia or D&D Sports Services, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
